From your child’s very first class to focused advanced training and adult classes, every journey here is shaped by care, quality instruction, and a deep sense of belonging.
Dance Explorers (3-4 Years)
Designed with the developmental needs of 3 and 4-year-olds at heart – and with your child’s individual experience in mind.

Through playful, age-appropriate experiences, little dancers grow in confidence, coordination and musicality while gently developing the listening skills, focus and independence that support school readiness. Dance Explorers is a nurturing first step into the world of dance, where your child feels safe, seen and celebrated.

Emerald (5-7 Years)
A vibrant, structured programme designed for ages 5-7, where the foundations of dance are built with care, and every child is given the space to grow at their own pace.
At 5-7 years, children are at a pivotal stage of physical and social development – and dance is one of the most powerful tools for supporting that growth. Through thoughtfully structured classes, dancers develop coordination, musicality, imagination, and body awareness – all while learning how to participate positively in a group setting. The Emerald programme provides a supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged, confidence grows, and movement skills begin to take shape.
Sapphire (8+ Years)
A dynamic and encouraging program for developing dancers aged 8-11, ready to grow in skill, confidence, and self-expression.
Amethyst & Pearl (11+ Years)
 
An immersive training program for committed dancers aged 11 and up – focused on technical excellence, artistry, and meaningful personal growth.
Adult Classes
Whether you’re returning to movement after years away, or stepping into a dance class for the very first time – you belong here. CORE’s adult classes offer a welcoming, high-quality environment where you can move with confidence, build genuine strength, and reconnect with yourself through purposeful, joyful movement.

What a wonderful dance school to be a part of. My daughter started with Sara at 3 and 1/2 and has now been going for 3 years. I love that Sara nourishes the kids love of dance and while the kids have amazing time dancing and build some strong friendships Sara is teaching them the fundamentals of ballet. So while my daughter dances, laughs and build confidence she doesn’t even realise the poise and dance skills she is learning because she just has so much fun.
